I-Shimmer is a retractable shimmer stick from New ID Cosmetics and is supplied complete with a brush for blending and smoothing.

The shimmer stick features a unique cream to powder formula, which adds shimmer and highlight to eyes, lips and cheeks. I-Shimmer does not require sharpening and is simply extended by twisting the base.
