Running in Heels has been the most likable and the most realistic reality show about working for a magazine yet. No overly dramatic camera work or caricatures. Plus, to top it all off, they actually make it look cool and fun to work at a magazine.

The series follows three real interns as they navigate their first gigs in the fashion industry under editors like Nina Garcia and Joanna Coles (one of the most exciting things was seeing Garcia take the reigns at her new mag after her much publicized departure from Elle).
