ghd was on hand at all the hottest shows at Miami Fashion Week Swim and we’ve got the inside scoop on how they achieved the glamorous hairstyles on the runway. First up are full, beautiful curls at Marysia Swim.

ghd hair stylist Omar Lopez created the “Ballerina Meets Punk” hair look.

Hair was prepped with ghd Sea Spray to help create the perfect base for this textured look. Lopez alternated curls left and right using the root drag technique which leaves smooth strands near the roots and creates more volume at the ends. He used the ghd IV mini styler to create the classic ghd ribbon curl.

After the curls set, Lopez sprayed more sea spray into his hands and then separated out the curls a bit. ghd ultimate hair spray was used to finish all the looks.
