Talk of the town this week is currently Katie Holmes new hairdo. The Dawson’s Creek star has finally gotten her own unique style after months of looking like her pal Victoria Beckham! Katie has now gone for a chin length cut with heavy fringe. I like the fact that she’s looking different and quite chic but I’m not 100% sure if this style is actually ‘her’ if you know what I mean!
The latest news from ‘I’m a celebrity Get me Out of Here’ is that Mark did NOT fly out to the jungle to greet Cerys on her eviction! After he sent her that note building her hopes up that went something along the lines of ‘I will be there to greet you, If that is your wish’ Cerys sent a message back to Mark saying she would like him to be there when she leaves. The jungle love rat seemed to have completely forgotten his promise though and a rather disappointed Cerys was visibly upset that he hadn’t flown out to see her when she chatted to Ant and Dec on last nights live show. I don’t know about you girls but I think that Mark should have at least flown over to see Cerys, even if he didn’t appear on TV to greet her he could have waited back at the hotel. I mean why tell someone you are coming to meet them and then not turn up? Is Marc just playing one big game?..
Katie Price has revealed this week that she is going under the knife once more, but this time it’s for a breast REDUCTION. Much to everyone’s shock, she has admitted that she would like to be less top heavy! I’d be interested to see just how small she goes, I’m sure it won’t be a dramatic change but I think she will look and feel much better for it. Can you imagine the back pain from carrying those around?!
In movie news this week, the ultimate chick lit book PS I Love You is due to hit cinemas worldwide shortly! January 4th marks the release of the Cecelia Ahern classic first novel turned Hollywood movie. I had the pleasure of interviewing Cecelia a year or two ago when the book was first released so my excitement about this film version is reaching boiling point! It will star Hilary Swank as Holly, and Gerard Butler as Gerry. The wonderful James Marsters (Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer) is even set to play a character so that should keep all you Spike fans happy as he graces our screens once more. What a loser that Mark is, I hope he ends up with nobody as that’s exactly what he deserves. Cerys is certainly far from blameless in this situation, but she didn’t deserve to be stood up like when he had promised to be there.
Wow, I love Katie’s new haircut. It definately better than what she had before, she had been looking rather mumsy lately, I know she’s a mum but..she’s so young! she can get away with being more daring.
