Jessica Alba and Keisha Whitaker Wear the Same Fendi Dress
With so many fabulous designer dresses to go around, you wouldn’t think celebrities would feel the need to copy each other’s styles. But, sometimes they do so then comes the big question; who wore it better?!
The particular dress in question this time is a strappy black tiered Fendi Spring 2008 dress with a black and white graphic print hem. Summery and casual yet also dressy enough to be glammed up and worn as a party look, this cool celebrity favourite (also once worn by Eva Mendes) is highly versatile.
But that’s no excuse for so many celebs to wear it! And worse still, both Jessica Alba and Keisha Whitaker (wife of Oscar winning actor Forest Whitaker) wore the dress to openings of new Fendi stores - in the same month!
Keisha was the first to wear it to the opening of the redesigned Rodeo Drive Fendi Store on February 13th. The skinny actress kept her accessories simple and classic with just black courts, a black clutch and drop earrings. She wore her hair in a glam up-do, giving the look a little razzle dazzle whilst simultaneously showing off the delicate straps of the dress.
Preggers Jessica Alba followed in Keisha’s footsteps by wearing the same little black dress to the opening of a new Fendi store in Paris last Friday. Hey at least they wore it on different continents! I guess it’s colder in Paris as Jessica covered up with black tights. She was also a victim of the dreaded tights and peep toes combo – so not a good look girls!
With the thin spaghetti straps on the dress and the monochrome print at the bottom, not to mention the flared shape, the dress is already bottom heavy. Teaming it with tights and chunky bracelets just exaggerates this and makes it look worse in my opinion. And is it just me or does Jessica’s hair look ratty and greasy? Perhaps her pregnancy is the perfect time for hair chameleon Jess to chop off her locks again?
I think it’s quite obvious that I think Keisha wore this dress best, but what do you think??

I like the tights, so Ill say Jessica, even tho Kiesha looks better right now. But come on. Jessica is PREGNANT so thares not a whole lot of dresses she would be totally comfortable in. So I think this article is stupid. You don’t compare people when they are pregnant. Its ikky.
Haha grow up child. Pregnancy isn’t a disease you freak. I’m pretty sure it’s ok to treat a preganant woman like a human being and we compare the rest of them! It’s not even like the bump is visable or has any affect on my opinion of the outfits. How bizarre that you’d make such an issue out of a woman being preganant. Let’s face it, she’s hotter than you preganant or not. Don’t insult her.
