Fashion Focus: The New Kate Moss Collection, Topshop.
Earlier this week, fashion’s favourite style icon - Kate Moss, launched her fifth collection for high street brand, Top Shop. Gleaming inspiration from her travels to the sunnier climes of Ibiza, Miami and India; she’s now back with a new collection that will tickle the fancy of any intrepid, yet oh-so-chic explorer.

At a mere glance, you can tell that this new line is bursting with gorgeous vintage and boho inspired clothing that she’s renowned for. Take a look at this delicate daisy tea dress, retailing at £60.
As stylish as they were, I avoided the temptation of owning the key pieces of her collection. I don’t know about you, but when it comes to wearing clothes, I’m quite a snob. I don’t like to look the same as other people; so I try to opt for unique designs from more obscure shopping places.
That said, I really adore this 50s prom dress in canary. It’s a much more flattering take on the off the shoulder dress from last year. As the silhouette is simple, it works well as a staple of any wardrobe.

Dress it up, dress it down, wear it with a cardigan, over t-shirts, under capes - you name it, it’s another versatile piece for you to play with. Not bad for £40!
Though if you want to avoid looking the same as everyone else, check out her accessories. She’s got some great silk scarves which are perfect for bringing a little punch into simple outfits.

Or how about a sequinned cape? Keep it simple by working it over a vest top and jeans. It’s casual chic at its best!

I think this butterfly print is a perfect example, as it will work well as a good layering piece.

I especially like the gorgeous details, such as the print, the waist band and buttoned top, it all adds up to make a simple yet unusual top. Retails £35.
This Boyfriend Blazer is another piece to consider.

With its perfect cleans lines, it will give you structure where you need to most.
And how about this Chinese inspired dress? Busty girls beware of the cowls neck. It won’t be the most flattering piece on you as it’s not fitted where you need it most.

Last on my hit list are these silk dresses. Whilst I can’t imagine when I would wear them (don’t think I’m tall enough to be honest) they look like a lot of fun. It’s ideal for sauntering on hot summer days, retails at £70.

It just makes me wish winter was over already!
Oh hurry up spring and summer, this fashionista needs you!
